Salt n pepper ribs, Singapore noodles, salt n Peper wings, salt n pepper balls and an onion ring was plate 1.

Plate 2 was more noodles, ribs and wings.

Plate 3 was more noodles, we salt n pepper chicken bits, 1 chicken ball and 3 more ribs.

Plate 4 I surprisingly had more noodles, with ribs only this time. Got a bit full.

Plate 5 was Mr whippy ice cream with strawberry sauce.

Plate 6 was fried banana and brownie bits.

5 or 6 pints of irn bru.

All in all I'm pretty sure I got decent value for my £17 buffet tbh :56:

    Either American BBQ Sausages.

Or Stovies done in the slow cooker. The wean has actually requested these. I love them but its a lot of peeling tatties....which takes ages for me

Wagyu steaks here in Osaka. You cook it yourself on the grill in front of you. Best food I’ve ever had.

We did that. At Jays Bar and Grill in Glasgow. It was the weirdest going oot for dinner experience ever. You buy the food off them.....then you have to cook it yourself. But it does taste good

Exactly. When you go to Italy. Or even an authentic Italian restaurant in Scotland......if you order Carbonara its made with egg yolk.....it doesnt have cream in it. Thats not the recipe at all. When you taste the authentic version (non-cream) the difference is like night and day and you just wouldnt add cream to Spaghetti Carbonara again.

Italian food gets corrupted in so many other countries. Theres a few videos on Youtube where they go to Italy and the Italians are given New York style italian food to taste ....and they are disgusted at it. Its completely nothing like actual Italian food. You find that most authentic Italian recipes are not very complicated. Lasagne is a simple recipe. Spaghetti Bolognese is a simple recipe etc.....with not that many ingredients in it. I dont know why other countries (like here) complicate the recipes and start adding all kinds of other * that is not supposed to be there. Like cream in a Carbonara.

It would be like going to Italy and ordering mince and tatties in a restaurant only to find that there is cawliflower through the mince or some * like that. Crazy
