    Don't really like McDonald's that much but had the garlic, mayo chicken wrap and cheesy jalapeño bites. The ketchup with the bites is different to the usual they give you as well I'm sure?

    Thai Red Curry in the Slow Cooker.

    Boneless thighs is what you need to use. Red and Green Peppers...(and the key here is to grill them before putting them in. get proper burnt bits on them and it makes all the difference), Onion, plenty of garlic, maybe some mushrooms, chilli peppers loads of them chopped finely, Red Thai Curry paste and Coconut Milk. Serve with Coconut rice and lime wedges.

    Done this last Saturday and it was a pure belter
