    Knocked this up earlier for me and the daughter after out walking for 2 hours in the countryside near my house. Mostly all uphill so thought best to knock up a nice plant based dish with huge amounts of goodness in it. To much to mention!.

    Coconut oil
    4 cloves garlic
    1.5 white onion
    Red cabbage
    2 tins chopped tomatoes
    1 tin chick peas
    1 tin black beans
    1 tin butter beans
    2 large hand full of chopped kale
    Spinach in the dish plus spread over the top
    Black olives
    Green olives
    1 tin coconut milk
    1 large table spoon of turmic powder
    2 large spoons of chili powder
    Himalayan pink salt
    Herbs
    Balsmati rice
    Cherry tomatoes

    Washed down with some homemade Kumbuca.

    Enough to do me a few meals for work and snacking on.
