    I'm not someone who cries at the drop of a hat, but there are certain pieces of music that seem to speak to me really deeply, and do reduce me to tears. Not because they're tragic, but because they have a beauty that seems to overload me emotionally. So I can't really explain to anyone else why they make me cry. There are two in particular:

    The Bold Fisherman by the Young Tradition.
    And Cantique de Jean Racine by Gabriel Fauré.
