i usually stay up late on any occasion even if i have to get up early,

but most the time i got college then straight to work and come back at 11:00+ so i think to myself i dont want to sleep would be waste of a day, needs to be more productive.

also cant sleep early, just not possible unless its been a really busy days and im nackered

I normally hit the sack around 2-3am on a college night, up at half six. Saturday to Tuesday hit my scratcher after sunrise.

And it's not changed much for about 25 years, I've always been a night owl. A definite case of Insomnia.

I've never managed to lose my student sleeping pattern. I still hit the sack at about 2-2.30am, but I'm up again at 7.30am. I do it in cycles where I get so exhausted I'll sleep one decent night (8 hours) in a week and that's usually at the weekend. Insomnia and illness keep me awake most of the time. Having said that, I just finished watching Stepbrothers and I haven't laughed that much in a LONG time.
