    It was actually an ex and her mum that called it that. Never heard it before or after that relationship to be fair. Flat sausage just sounds so *.

    Now there's a question - kind of roll does most people prefer?

    I prefer soft rolls myself, the Morton rolls are too akin to being burnt for me and take the taste away from whatevers on my roll :smiley-laughing002:

    Similar scenario with a steak - or any meat tbh - if it's burnt/black at all, it's ruined. Takes half the taste away.

    Agreed and they used to call link sausages (or just sausages as I call them), round sausages. Strange people :56::smiley-laughing002:
