A place I used to work in one of the guys took all the numbers of the pretty girls and put them into his phone and then kept trying to hit on them. He got quite lucky though that they all laughed it off. Women in the workplace can be poisonous *.

I got sacked from a job earlier this year after a period of illness. I went back too early and was still ill and I got put under cross-examination. I couldn't believe what was going on. I half chuckled as I said this "I'm not lying". The woman conducting the return to work meeting then writes down in the minutes "angry, aggressive and childish in his attitude". The truth was she was the aggressive one. She even had the outright audacity to claim I intimidated her. Toe to toe she'd beat the * out of me, she's bigger than me. I had just finished the training part of the job and I said to 2 of the people who done the training that I am not comfortable signing a document saying I was angry and aggressive when it wasn't true and purely opinion and not fact.

A girl who was in my training group also got sacked after an illness. She actually lost consciousness in the training room and her dad had to be called to come and get her. Same woman done her return to work and pressed her so much she was reduced to tears. Then the vile * comes out with "you're a delicate little thing aren't you. How are you ever going to deal with angry customers?".

After I heard that I realised it wasn't just me, everyone seems to get treated horribly in there if they happen to fall ill. I'm glad to be out of it. One of those * places that is always recruiting because no one wants to stick about.

Good * no. No how sometimes you meet someone for the first time and you can just sense that they're a total bam? That's the vibe I got the first time I met her. I guess the Myra Hindley hairdo didn't do much to endear her to me.

One of the girls in my training group had just returned from a year's maternity leave and got put in with us for a wee refresher course. After we got to meet out team leaders she gave me a wee nudge and says "you drew the short straw in the team leader lottery, she's a total *".

Lessons learnt. Next time in such a meeting I'll be putting on the voice recorder on my phone. I would have loved to have let her boss hear our conversation after accusing me of being angry and aggressive. Even my friends and loved ones couldn't believe it when I told them.
