Whose that team they call the spaniards
whose that team they all adore
barcelona real madrid who the * you trying to kid
Glasgow celtic are the greatest football team
I Think -
so bring on the Hearts, the Hibs, the Rangers
bring on the Spanish by the score,
Barcelona, Real Madrid,
Who the * are you trying to kid
Celtic are the greatest football team
or something like that -

same as danni ghirl
last two lines are
who the * are you trying to kid
cos were off to show the world what we can do -
Is it not the one that starts with
"Where-ever we go,
we follow the boys,
the Glasgow Celtic,
the Tim Malloys..."
unsure of next 2 lines but then bursts into "bring on the hearts the hibs..." -
Forever and ever
we'll follow the bhoys,
the glasgow celtic, the timalloys
we'll never be mastered by no orange *
we'll keep he green flag flying high
SO BRING ON THE HEARTS THE HIBS THE R*NGERS (scum)
bring on the spaniards by the score
barcelona, real madrid
who the * you trying to kid
for we're out to show the world what we can do. -

It's one of the old songs that you don't hear too often now. In the cold light of day, we should probably be dropping lyrics referring to orange *. It doesn't look good to be singing what can be construed as sectarian songs and makes us no better than those on the other side who sing nothing but. Let's rise above it or change the lyrics.

This goes a long way back and it really should be..
..So bring on the Hearts, the Hibs, the Rangers,
Bring on the Spaniards by the score,
Barcelaona, Real Madrid,
THEY WILL MAKE A GALLANT BID,
But we're out to show the world what we can do.
and Im sure the first part of the song had nothing to do with fatherless Orangemen in it either but I can't remember that bit lol
Football chants didn't need swearing in them in those days:56: -
"bring on the hearts the hibs the rangers
bring on the jags and motherwell,
bring on dundee and aberdeen
cos we're the best you've ever seen
and we're out to show the world what we can do" -
