This * is just painful to read to be fair. Something needs to change desperately, but given what we had to endure under Deila and the time he was given I wouldn't expect to be waking up today to see any manager gone, let alone Rodgers.

I imagine he won't get fired as the cost would be large to the club, he may quit in January because if he finishes this season without the league he will be * regarding getting good jobs in England and could end up at a mid table Championship club.

The goals and form will come, the players need to show a lot more fight and drive now. Start by humping St.Johnstone and the sheep.

I still feel supremely confident we will turn this around. Just need a good win, find our killer edge again. Soon as that clicks (and it will) we put the pedal to the metal and won't be caught.

Of course am as concerned as the next fan but then i tell myself to think logically. We have the best squad in this league and by far the best manager. We all know we can be far better than we are showing right now but Brendan will find our best again. When we are at our best no one in this league can stop us. It's just a matter of time. Granted we need it sorting sooner rather than later, but again am very confident it'll come!

I think we’ll get a big reaction on Wednesday night, it’s time for the players to take responsibility and prove they are good enough to wear the hoops.

While I cant speak for anyone else but my concern isn't simply based on 6 games these games are an extension from the previous season when we were often rotten as well.
Also, while the trophy is never handed out in September that's true, it's also true to say if current form continues we simply won't win the league, that is hardly a "retarded" thing to say.

It’s been dire for the entire calendar year, at least.

That’s why people are so * off.

I think this stutter could be a blessing in disguise, we had complacency and a sloppy shouldered approach to a lot of games last year. This year it has accumulated in successive games and now needs to be addressed head-on. Time for our big game players to step up and bring back the consistency we seen from the first season

Agree with this.......HOWEVER we still won a treble in that period mate!!!!!

Current form is not even debatable and ''if'' it continues then i'm shuddering......however i don't believe it will and the alternative is well....i don't need to say it!!

This is our biggest slump but when i take EVERYTHING into account i still believe we'll do it........even if it means we'll likely need to mix it up in January......they'll only do that if there's a perceived threat which there well may be.

They * us over in the summer but we've got the hand we've got and i still believe it's strong enough to do it!!

Hail Hail troops and KEEP the faith!!

Right now it isn't even about performances, it's about winning games and picking up points.

I'm always about results, sadly with Celtic at the moment it is about trying to play "lovely" football. Sadly that style of football looks dull when there is no end product.

We did. But we can't keep looking back on that.

With how we played last season it's still quite remarkable we won a treble. Incredible really.

This season we won't be so lucky. Brendan Rodgers won't be able to survive on past glories alone, if this form continues.

As has been said, it's not even about our quality of football right now. We are struggling to even win ugly.

We looked great start of the season, Eddy and Moussa clicking up top, then from the McGinn saga everything went downhill fast. Players started the season in form now look devoid of confidence. Last season we were very inconsistent, unplayable at times then next game we'd be playing the slow boring side to side football of late. There's still a mental weakness in this team that's been there since Ronny.

It's because too many of those players are still there. And even if they aren't, we have brought in too many of the same quality we were seeing under Deila.

Rodgers, 3 seasons in, still hasn't put a.massive stamp on the side. I think he has been arrogant in thinking we could.plod along with the same players who were so successful in his first season.

After the initial momentum of that first 12 months has worn off, the signs are there for all to see.

We need 5 or 6 new 1st team starters.

Fully agree, players lead by example and Brown has been poor as has KT, McGregor, Rogic, Sinclair etc who were always the type of players who could drag the team forward. The obvious fix just now is putting Mulumbu in the starting 11.

The loss of Moussa, Armstrong and Roberts has been huge as well, they weren’t replaced properly.

The players are too comfortable knowing they’ll get games, we have too big a squad full of squad players. No doubt we have a quality starting 11 but there’s no real pressure behind them for competiting to start games. Rodgers needs to be booting balls.

Still think he’s the man to get us out of it though and the grand scheme of things we’re still in a decent position.

They haven't been replaced at all that's one of the issues.

That summer window there could be the one we look back on if we fail to do 10IAR as a pivotal moment.

Not only did we fail to replace those 3 players but we didn't being the desired quality in on top of them.

As good as the likes of Johnston, Morgan and Arzani could be it's the cheap option once again go rely on these players. Which is where we are at.

Hate saying it but after watching the highlights of those * beating st Johnstone, they look much more inventive than us.

I can’t remember the last time we got in behind a team and a striker was 1 on 1 with the goalkeeper. Yes teams sit in and narrow the space behind the defence and it makes hard to create 1 on 1 opportunities. But passing * side ways actual plays into their hands.

So many things wrong with us at the minute. Going to take much more than one solution for us to find our top gear.
