Got to be thinking he's getting big wages with us, then. He'd be mad to turn down a move to the US

They wont even know because most have no interest in the SPFL anyway. If its the EPL fansboys then they dont take us seriously anyway

Maybe wants to play in Europe, play at a big club. I very much doubt we'll be paying big wages.

I imagine his wage will be up there with Celtic's top earners but a career around England's top league earns him that, throw in a free transfer too and I wouldn't expect him to be accepting peanuts.

Would be a great bit of business in my opinion. At 31 years of age I reckon he would score 20 goals min for us if he stays fit. I always thought he looked a cracking player but has been very unlucky with injury.

The target man knocks the ball down to the 3 attacking mids around him.

Ah so the striker sets up the goals and the midfielders need to put them away.
I think I can see a slight flaw in that approach.

Ian Wright , Dion Dublin, Robbie Kean. None of them have been prolific. We almost got Dwight * Yorke as well.

    Robbie Keane wasn't prolific?

He has like 16 goals in 19 games for us, what would you class as prolific?

Robbie Keane wasn't prolific? You having a laugh? 12 league goals in 16 league games he scored for us. I'd say 0.75 goals per game is pretty prolific.
