these driving runs people keep talking about tell me on average how many of these do we get say every 4-5 games . i would guess about 3 or 4 .wich for a midfielder who was supposed to be provideing drive to our team this simply isn't good enough .

you people seem to think that this is one of our best players . the fact he got player of the year astounds me . player of the year over an brill defender . a top scorer and a couple others .

I think deep down we know hes not the most technically gifted player, but he brings so much heart and dig into the team, I have seen him in games give other more well paid midfield players a very hard time and I think he can only improve too.. under Mogga as well, his mentor who made him at hibs really, It would be daft to get rid of him... ok say you do get 7 million, can you guarantee you will replace him with someone better, someone that willing to come and play in the SPL albeit with Celtic, itas a gamble IMO

 

I am curious to know why you would like Celtic to sell one of thier best players? But if someone came in with a offer in that region for Scott Brown then am sure (My opinion only here), Celtic would accept. Considering the state of Scottish Football finances at the moment and still no TV deal in the bank then am sure Celtic would give very serious consideration to sell him.

No keep him, scott brown played his best football under tony mowbray, coz tony knows where to play him...WGS tried to change the dynamics of broony as a player. I think we will see good things from broony over the next 2 seasons.

 

Of course Brown needs to improve but remember he still a young talent we should be trying to enhance. At 23 years old am sure Brown will only get better and at this moment is one of our best players in his position at Celtic Park. He showed lasts eason just how good he is at the moment and am sure he admits himself there is room for improvment, Just as Strachan said himself last season when Scott won the player of the year trophy.

He wears his heart on his sleeeve and thats somehting we need in the middle of the park as well as his runs forward and energy he shows in games. He is the type of player i like, That doesn't know when he's beat and keeps going and going. He has also become a regular pick for Scotland since he joined Celtic and that also shows he is getting better as a player. FIFA also named him in a list as a player to watch for in 2009.

 

i hope so mate if he dose i will eat a huge slice of humble pie

 

really needs to improve his passing but id keep him for the mean time. Interested to see how he plays under TM however if any english club offers 6m + we should consider that offer.
