    (3) still to run&they had NO intention of listening to offers or selling Victor. This story was deliberately given to the DR to unsettle him

    (2) from other clubs and that HE wished to move the player on. Celtic informed the agent that Victor had 3 years of his current contract....

    (1) The background to the Wanyama scare story in the DR today is the agent contacted Celtic informing them that HE had interests in Victor..

If we go 3-5-2 it should be him Rogne and Chico at the back.

He even played at Right back and looked quality there as well ffs!
This guy can play anywhere, he's gonna become a true Celtic legend I can feel it.

Oh btw, he looked really sad and said he wanted to leave in this interview:

Aston Villa where bigger than them two when they came in for him the same time as us, yet he still chose Celtic. The biggest team I could see going in for him would be Newcastle if they were to sell Tiote and even then I still feel he might rather stay a few more years to have a go in the Champions League

    Definitely.

However, when we buy in the big experienced centre-back we're looking for, whoever that is should start, with Rogne on the bench.

I agree but he is more vital to us than Kayal and Wanyama.

Ledley>Kayal>Brown>Wanyama. We have a fantastic midfield

Newcastle picked Vurnon Anita ahead of Vic according to McNallyMirror.

Seems Vic's agent been touting him around the prem .

Kayal is the best player in that team.

He is technically better than Ledley but I think Ledley is more consistent and something we really need in the middle of the park, a non-stop ball-winning engine.

Kayal is world class and easily the best player in out team. Would fit in at any top European team!

Vic has the potential to be that but in a more limited holding role.

Everyone has different opinions. Especially in this team where there are several players who could be seen to be our most important player.

I just feel Kayal can give 99% of European midfielders a game. He reminds me of Steven Gerrard, totally different players, but both similar in the way they can drag their team through a game.

One of the best individual performances I've seen at our club in years was Kayal in Madrid. He was absolutely unreal, especially when several other midfielders went missing and considering he was supposed to be off form at the time. I know most people won't have watched the game back (I try to do this whenever I've been at a game) but he was incredible and he didn't get anywhere near the credit he deserved.

Next season will be Kayal's last at Celtic.

Not for me, but only because I feel that term is thrown around too much. But he is as good as Mikel at Chelsea, as good as anything Liverpool have to offer in midfield bar Gerrard and as good as Song at Arsenal.

I'd go along with that, but also, I think in years to come he could grow to be truly world class, along with Vic and a few more in our squad.
