Im a fan of the big man but if we got 7 I would jump at the offer that would fund 2 - 3 players not only this but there was a number of times when i thought he looked off the pace in the middle the rangers game at ibrox was one for example the same goes for ki if we get good money then why not

Probably not far off something like that, the "journalists" in Scotland are an embarassment.

He'll command a big transfer fee if he does go. Considering we signed him for very little, I'd be looking to sell him for about £7m and make a £6m profit in the process.

I don't think he's going anywhere though. It's the Daily Record.

If its true then good luck to the big man, but don't think it is, I think he'll want to stay for the Chanpions League and maybe leave at the end of the season. We will make a great profit

Links to the Daily Ranger should be banned.

That is absolute garbage. Victor will see himself in a bigger league eventually, no doubt about that. Of the current group of players, he'll go the furthest and there's no way he'll spend all his career in the SPL.

He's loved at Celtic and is progressing as a footballer and he won't be gone this summer unless it's stupid money or a massive club.

Doubt its nothing more than an attempt by the daily record to have something other than rangers plight in the back pages.
Dont believe everything you read in the papers
    remember this?

If he was playing in the Championship in England, he would command that sort of a fee, given his age, prospects and depending on the length of his current contract. Why do some Celtic fans underestimate the value of our prime asset players. If he was down to the last two years of his contract and he looked like he wanted out then punt him for the 8 mill mark. If he is on longer than that we don't need to sell unless silly money is offered for him.

I remember the conversations on the old 606 about McGeady when he was up for sale and I remember being dismayed when some Celtic fans were valueing him at 4 or 5 million. McGeady went for 9.5 million or thereabouts in the end. Sunderland will shell our more than that for him if they want him.

I am happy enough in the knowledge that there are men at Celtic who know better how to maximise our prime assets than some Celtic fans appear to.

That is probably the best we can hope for with Wanyama. If we can qualify for the CL Group stages, I think he will be a revelation there and then big money offers will come in for him.

    this article is amazing.

it makes me want to be a journalist for this paper.

"Wanyama in swap deal for Ozil plus £10million as Real Madrid look to bolster the strength of their midfield."

would this get me a job???

The only thing that did surprise me was the fact(I use that word loosely about this paper) that the article wasn't written in crayon.Daily Ranger need anybody write any more.
