Please don't leave. That interview sounds like he is enjoying it but having a little bit of a hard time. I just want to give him a hug. Given the choice I genuinely don't know if I'd want to spend the rest of my life with him, or his bird.

You can't drink the tap water? Since when? I've been drinking it my whole life...

It's not Scottish water, it's city water. I'm from the highlands where the water is straight off the hills, can't get any cleaner. Lived in Glasgow for a while, I don't drink the water, tastes like *. You won't notice it because you are used to it.

The water in Scotland, especially the south-west, is some of the best in the world, I'm sure. :97:

Oh aye there was me thinking that Virgil came from Wick.

Glasgow's water is one of the healthiest around. Note how he mentions mineral water, Glasgow's water is fresh, he should have no problem with it.

I love the fact that we've all taken great offence to him saying our water is *. :smiley-laughing002:

I've always drank the tap water in glesga! I actually brag about it to people in Arizona because the water is gash. I honestly thought our water was straight from the highlands. I lived in clydebank which is quite close to hills so that might be why ?

    I have no idea!

The water in Glasgow won't make you ill, it's perfectly fine to drink, just the taste isn't great! But like I said my water back home is straight from heaven :smiley-laughing002: can't get any better. * knows man. Hope he isn't jsut making excuses to leave.

Signs for Barca next summer... so Virgil why did you move to Barcelona?

''The water in Glasgow was *.''

Scottish water is one of the purest you will find. Oh well he earns enough to buy bottled water from a supermarket!

Somebody better get him told that Scottish water is perfectly good, aren't we one of a few countries in the world with good water? Its not feckin Lanzarote or Manchester, salty minging pish. Dunno maybe Glasgow water isn't great, somebody get the man a drink of highland water. :smiley-laughing002:

Where does big Virgil come from, is he a city boy? Surely someone from Holland would find it easier to settle into Scotland/Glasgow than elsewhere seeing as Holland is a small-ish country with a similar climate.

Send him over to Japan to visit Naka for the weekend with Broony, O'Dea, The Holy Goalie and McAvennie.
