    Interesting that Brendan wanted too sign him for Liverpool when he was playing in Holland but he wasn't backed by the owners
    Could have saved Liverpool 50 million if they listened too him

    Excellent player, but after seeing a bit of that video in the Billy Mcneill thread, and that 1-0 acetic Rangers cup game, how much would Paul Elliot be worth? Van Dijk is slightly better with the ball but as a defender all-round, not on the same planet as the big man from the 90s.

    Talking about the English League, they proclaim it to be the best but tbh it's just a few teams the rest of Europe really bother about, they say EPL don't need a Celtic or Rangers, but they don't really need 90% of the teams anyway, they were speaking to William Gallas on radio the other day and mentioned about Chelsea, Man C and maybe Arsenal going for VVD and he said 'who?', seriously didn't know who he was, lol

    The 5m could buy us 1 quality player of Sinclair standards or 2 decent projects.

    When you look back the fees for Virgil and Forster were lower than we would ask for today. Maybe the panic of no CL football and their desire to leave kept the fees at the SPFL upper ceiling. We wont make that mistake with moussa.
