    Dunno, but we seem to sell someone for a fortune every summer now and aren't sitting on wads of cash. I presume we need the money. Lawwell certainly seems to think so. :54:

    I wouldn't believe a word that comes out Lawwell's mouth. We sold Forster and Watt in the summer for a total of £11.2m, and we only signed one player for a transfer fee in Scepovic, and that deal was roughly £2.2m IIRC.

    The sad thing is, this wouldn't come as a shock. Lawwell done well at deflecting the blame on to Deila after the Maribor game, when he done his scripted interview a week or so later.

    We should do our best to hold onto him this month and if he wants to, let him go in the summer.

    We've got a treble and two matches against Italian giants to play, I'm sure we can convince him to hang around for a while yet.

    I honestly think it is very hard to judge Celtic players on their SPFL games. Because we have so much of the ball defenders have very little pressure on them and strikers get loads of chances. For most of the teams in the BPL it is not like that, at least not for the teams who buy our players.

    Although Inter aren't the same side 2 good performances against them will only make his reputation go even higher.

    I really can't remember the last time he was really stand out defensively, there were games where he didn't let a single player passed him, made some great tackles, played some great balls up front and corrected the mistakes of other players. He's still does some of these things in games but more often he makes mistakes himself and isn't as solid as he was at the start.

    You know this how? As far as I'm aware, there hasn't been an official bid from anyone yet, so how can you be sure they aren't prepared to pay £8m?
