No way he'll go for £6 million. I mean surely we wouldn't even do that..

I seriously doubt we'll accept the £6M bid anyway, easily worth between £8M - £10M.

He better have absolutely * all to say. I'm sick of that * 'saying' things. Actions speak louder than words. He better * deliver and keep his * mouth shut.

Sky sources understand Celtic remain reluctant to sell Van Dijk and have not yet recieved any bids for the player

two contradictory statements on the same day. What are you suppose to believe/ To many teams involved to get anything less than 8million we are holding out for

I genuinely believe we should be holding out for at least £10 million for VVD.

Tall, strong, athletic, good going forward ,pace, good touch, young. When you see the amount clubs are paying for top CBs these days, no way should we be parting with him for any less.

I know it's irrelevant, but if he was in the EPL, £20M would be the starting price. Those money grabbing * are what's made Celtic change their business model and become a selling club; the least the * can do is pay the going rate.

The way he's gone about this since at least the united game last season has been really poor in my opinion..

That will be my lasting impression of him..

I know, I'd hate to have another Van Hooijdonk who scored 52 goals in 84 games.

I know. Imagine us being offered double, triple what we are on at present, playing in a much better league, with more TV exposure, which could lead to a nation call up?

They should wait till we run down their contract, offer them less money and then give them a freebie.

Good luck to the lad if it happens. Played his heart out the other night.
