i was reading through comments on rangers media forum (i searched for the interesting ones) on the lyon, zenit games etc...some hun comment was "if we beat zenit we will be the most successful scottish club in history..i cant wait"

What relevance does where our shots come from have to do with it? What if it was Maloney and McGeady? Are you basing our team performance on how many shots on target Sammy has?

As it happens McManus had a great flick on target that I feel was a better chance than the pundits made out, Caldwell had an effort on target and Maloney and McDonald both had efforts that were extremely close.

Regardless this conversation should have been over a long time ago - as the BBC says 4 ON 4 OFF - Sky, 3 ON 5 OFF. At the end of the day we had significantly more than the 1 Sammy had.

 

Anybody who thinks that Naka can play in the middle, noe have their evidence - that he clearly cannot.

Anyone who thinks that Mick is a poor leader/captain/CB now have their evidence that he clearly is, I personally thought he was Celtic's best player & looked really commanding.

We are not that far off as a team, as some believe.

We need fullbacks who can play both offensively & defensively, both fullbacks were * shocking last night - but that clearly is no shock.

Sammy is probably the only striker we have with genuine pace & coolness in front of goal, we really need someone else to push him - 3 strikers is nowhere near enough if we are to progress as a club.

In january we need Fullbacks & a striker, if we are to progress in UEFA Cup.

 

But anyone watching last night would think Samaras can't play up front, they would also think McGeady and Maloney could not play on the wings, so i wouldn't use last night against Naka.

and TBH i think JVOH is cooler in front of goal than samaras, although slower so doesn't make as many chances for himself.

Unbelievable, that someone can just single someone out on this site and say they are just here on the wind up. Look at my previous posts.
