    Right, even if this lad ends up the second coming of Barkas, I've got to admit, much like Barkas signing initially, this is well done Celtic.

    Great fee if it's only £1m and good age with a great season behind him.

    So well done Celtic getting this one in.
    I'm under no illusions we've pipped Barcelona or man city to this deal, but he's young, up and coming, fair experience etc etc and with Kasper coming in as well, it's the most sensible transfer dealings we've done in a very long time

    If Barkas was £1m no one would give a * tbh. I still can't get over how * he was.

    No problem with this as one for the future, maybe hand hime some cup games or whatever to see what like he is. Still need a number one obv, fingers crossed it's done soon.

    I don't think this lad comes in knowingly to be backup long term. Think he's clearly accepted the deal with a plan in action, that being Kasper ensures he makes the step up without the club suffering.

    I'd have liked Hart to mentor a younger keeper, but this system being implemented now with Schmeichel is acceptable. Sinisalo was at Ayr, right? Adaptation to Scotland should be instant, then.

    He looks slightly erratic at times, but this is a pretty impressive compilation I must say, especially for a 'young' GK. I think I'd be happy with him as first choice - him and Schmeichel battling it out is an exciting prospect.
