    Think we can be sure now. In the Belgian newspaper this morning (Het Laatste Nieuws ...the best for footy info) ....Wanyama chose Celtic. The transfer should be ok by the end of week and he would cost us around 1M Euros (£875.000). Good deal !!

    4 of them say i hope this player is good, but i dont know if hes good

    "Yesterday I suggested Étienne Capoue because he was a big solid central defensive midfielder and I think that's what we need beside Davis. I think Victor Wanyama is the same type of player and I'm glad to see we're looking at bringing someone like this in. Naismith, Davis and Wylde are all small forward thinking players and need a big guy in there to break up play and bulk up our midfield. Far too often last season Celtic dominated our midfield and that needs to stop."

    He's right to be unsure about the signing....i mean how many of you had actually heard or seen of this guy up until a few weeks ago?

    And before you hit out with the 'What about Kayal and Izzy' comment, anybody would have had the choice to be unsure about guys who they had never seen nor heard of.

    In all honesty, we all want potential signings to be great players for the club, but you have the right not to cream your pants over a relatively unknown teenager until you have seen a bit of him in action.

    Lay off guys ans stop acting like weans!
