Paul Slane was bought as a prospect and spent all of last season injured.

Calm down man it's just a bit of hope for the kid. There are lots of promising signs. People may be getting carried away with it but you're right at the opposite end of the scale, taking any negatives as signs of his imminent failure.

Seriously, what the * is wrong with you? You've already been told that Slane was injured for most of last season, that's why he didn't feature. As for the likes of Mizuno and Sno, you can't expect every signing to make it. They are in the minority of young players brought into this club who never cut it.

Stop being a depressing * and actually have faith in Lennon's signings. If you don't have faith, then * off and stop badgering the folk who do. At the end of the day, the scouts who picked up on Wanyama are the same fecking scouts that picked up on Emilio and Kayal, who are now being monitored by the likes of Manchester United.

Judging by Lenny's track record, the opinion of people who have seen him play; especially one individual saying he had the potential to be better than Mcdonald Mariga, the fact that in my opinion, the position just needed slight strengthening for me to be fully happy, the fact that many big clubs were linked, the fact that he's an absolute snip and finally, the fact that we finally look likely to make a signing makes me feel fully justified in being happy with the signing. Apologies for the disgracefully long and unstructured sentence.
