    We're probably not even in for him, could just be his agent trying to whip up a move like Hooper's because no one actually likes playing for you. But then your star striker can't scrounge or beg a move to a proper league, even the mighty Norwich didn't want him.

    It's club policy not to comment on transfers, hence it probably all being put out by Wanyama's agent to get in a bid from Arsenal or someone.

    I can't see Victor even considering going to a small club like Southampton, surely he has ambition?     It's easy at this moment in time for guys like you to be arrogant given the enormous wealth in the English game but it won't last forever. Celtic on the other hand do not need a boom in finance to be successful or relevant. We have been defeating the best in and outside of Scotland for 125 years now and in another 125 years we will still be able to say the same. Form, or in this case, money, is temporary, class is permanent.
