    10mil is a solid figure and if we can negotiate some sort of sell on clause, all the better!

    Would like to see him in the prem, don't care with who, I reckon he'll shine in smaller EPL team and get good game time, where as with someone bigger he'll have top competition for a place.

    All the Best Vic!

    £10 million isn't good buisness. The £40 million Southampton will sell him on for is good buisness.

    Means we actually have * all so here is some made up * from fake people to make the story sound more believable

    Exactly :smiley-laughing002::smiley-laughing002::smiley-laughing002:

    We played hardball with Hooper when Norwich came calling - we will certainly be playing hardball with Vic when the vultures are circling.

    £10m? :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    Why would we fight so hard to squeeze more for Hooper, and then give in to Soton right away with our most valuable player, who has 2 years left unlike Hooper.

    It doesn't make any sense at all, I smell *.

    Exactly.

    Let's knock back £7m and risk loosing Hooper for nowt, then sell Wanyama (valued at £25m by Lennon) to a similar sized club under 6 months later for a paltry £10m :smiley-laughing002::smiley-laughing002::smiley-laughing002:

    Embarrassing what these tabloid period-rags have to resort to to sell newspapers :rolleyes:

    Thats a bit unfair mate. We have already spent £4.2m ourselves before we have sold anyone.

    Southampton fans on about reserving the number 67 shirt for him as a sweetener. Do they realise why he wears 67 or did they reach a semi final in 1967?:smiley-laughing002:

    The delusion on that forum is just hilarious.

    :smiley-laughing002: Was on it last night myself - pretty annoying - the things they are saying about Celtic is laughable.

    Far too high an opinion of themselves. Premier League mentality.

    Like I said before.... All clubs have their share of bell ends and we certainly have ours...

    Our supporters who question the size and success of your club and think we are conparable in some way....are just as deluded and idiotic as your fans who can't possibly fathom why Wanyama would come to Southampton.

    We've all got them... And the Internet message board is their canvas!
