    He is a brute.

    We cannot drop him, even if it means playing 4-5-1. We simply look much better with him patrolling the space between defence and midfield. Put simply he is our Neil Lennon.

    Some rough edges but the guy's just getting started at the club so thats expected. He looks up for it in every game. He certainly battled away tonight. Could become a really good player for us.

    I agree hammer, he is brilliant in that role between defence and midfield, just wonderful at Guarding it and gives really good protection to the back four and he really holds onto the ball well with his strength, the rennes players could not get near him tonight.

    Everyone just Bounces off him! Played brilliantly tonight, great ball to cha. Wouldn't say he was Kayals replacement though. If he ever loses the ball he is determined to win it back even if involves a freekick. Just at fault with a couple of bad passes tonight but then again we were defending for our lives at that point:50:

    Good to see big Vic get stuck in and he's done enough to deserve a regular start in my opinion. Not the finished product by far but bags of potential and a player that knows what it means to pull on the Hoops.
