    A shock to say the least TBH. Dont think Spain played nearly as well as they could though, dont know whether this was just down to the USA doing well or the spaniards playing badly.

    Xavi played one of his worst games ever, Torres was utter * as well. Altidore and that guy in defence for the USA were immense :50:

    Only red card of the tourney was the Clark tackle and even that was harsh.

    Sacha's should have been yellow and the one today wasn't even a card.

    *edit* This is the same ref from Italy/USA 2006 so he has some experience with phantom red cards :31:

    Donavan should have at least been booked for doing a Lafferty in the first half, rolling about the floor holding his face. The tackle on Xavi in the box most people think was a penalty as well, otherwise he was scoring :97:

    I think the entire back 4 for the U.S. was great. Altidore and Donovan did pretty well as well. But the defense was what stood out today!
