Where would you put FALCAO in this order?

    1. Messi
    2. Ronaldo
    3. Rooney
    4. Eto'o
    5. Van Persie

I'll tell you later my idea ....

Diego was the best player on the park for me. I really wanted Bilbao to do it, but you have to take your hat off to the three goals - each fantastic.

The fact is, in loss, each Athletic player will return a hero.

For Madrid, I'm glad to see Gabi win and captain his side to victory. He'd Madrid's Charlie; told he didn't make the grade and left to play football somewhere else, and now he's back like he's never been away.

I'm confused I thought you said Madrid were controlling the game :56:They were still on the back foot right up until the goal which was after you posted. Madrid didn't have to do alot anyway falcao was unplayable.

I really believe that if you wanna a player able to score 4 goals to a little team......take Messi or Ronaldo.

But if you want a player able to make a great performance by himself against a very top team, and also scoring a goal... FALCAO is the best

Van Persies had a good year and a half but has he been better than Ibrahimovic? Ibrahimovic has been atleast as good as Van Persie is now if not better for about 6/7 year.

On form just now I would imagine.. messi wasn't as good 6 year ago.

Ibrahamovic is good but van persie is better, I don't think he's been the best striker in Italy imo cavani all round is a better player.

Don't thinkso tbh, Ibrahimovic has won player of the year in Italy 3 times I think and is still scoring and setting up goals for fun.

There records this season are really similar

    Ibrahimovic 41 games 35 goals 14 assists
Van Persie 47 games 37 goals 14 assists

Cavani is a good hard working player but he'll not outscore or create Ibrahimovic when push comes to shove.

Think Ibrahimovic is under rated as people think he's lazy. If he played in England they'd be all over him as being like Berbatov and Drogba in one player.

Braga who put us out of the UCL qualifiers last year were runners up in the Europa League.

Atletico Madrid who were in our group this year, won the tournament.

It always seems to happen that way with us.

Just looking through the records there and the attendance for our final vs Porto is higher than any other UEFA Cup/Europa League final this millenium.

    Is that a surprise?

they were controlling the game when I posted, I was posting because the momentum had shifted, which was quite obvious, madrid were playing better

Ibrahamovic has alot more quality around him compared to cavani stats ain't everything thing as well ibrahamovic seems to go missing in the big games. He was awful in the Milan derby there and the two games against juve and barca.

If cavani gets his move which he should to a bigger club he will score even more.

Great player but I dont like him I guess I'm a bit unfair on ibrahamovic but he's a * and only does well when things goes his way. He was

If you say so but from the game I was watching Madrid couldn't get the ball out their half until the last 10 minutes of the second half.

He played great when I see him a couple of games ago, think he got a hat-trick, two of the goals were belters. Cavani could be as good or better than Ibrahimovic but at the moment id say he was 3rd best to Messi and Ronaldo. Theres nothing that Van Persie or Gomez can do that Ibrahimovic cant but there's things he can do that they cant.

This is only because the capacity of the venue for that final is higher than the capacity of all the other venues of the finals this millennium, apart from Westfalenstadion in Dortmund, used in the 2001 Final, whose attendance was 48,050 while the capacity is over 60,000. I believe that since it was a UEFA competition, the capacity was reduced (no standin sections)
