I'm sure there will be places to go. Will ask a couple of folk that should know and report back.

If Moussa is out (and we do have a history of saying players aren't fit, then them starting), play Ntcham in the false nine, he's played there before and would create chances for the wingers. Then play Hayes over Forrest as goalscorers will be vital.

    Brown Rogic Armstrong
    Hayes Ntcham Sinclair

Kare Ingebrigtsen won’t rely on Ronny Deila’s advice to crack Celtic - because reckons the ex-Hoops boss could have given him a * steer.

The Rosenborg manager spoke to his fellow Norwegian gaffer ahead of tonight’s Champions League showdown at Celtic Park.

But he admitted there was no chance of Deila turning double agent against his former club.

Ingebrigtsen said: “I spoke to Ronny but I can’t tell you what he said. He didn’t give me much. I think he is more of a fan of Celtic than of Rosenborg so I don’t trust what he said to me!

“But it was more about what we can expect at Celtic Park. He told me about these kind of things. The rest of it, he just told me to do my job.”

Ingebrigtsen insists his men are underdogs but he is determined to upset the odds.

He said: “Which side is favourites? No question, it has to be Celtic. They are used to being favourites, but we are also used to being favourites.

“Is the pressure on Celtic? Yes, I think so. For them, it will be hard for them if they are not assured of European football. Everyone in Scotland thinks they should beat us and beat us easily.

“We know that to come here is really difficult. We need to defend well, keep the ball but also we have to attack. An away goal is very important for us. We are here to score goals.”

The Rosenborg boss has done his homework on the Hoops and he’s hoping Moussa Dembele fails to shake of his hamstring struggles for this evening with Leigh Griffiths also out suspended.

Ingebrigtsen said: “They are great players but I looked at the quad of Celtic and they have 40 or 50 players. But these two names scored over 20 goals each last season and they will miss them if they don’t play. Hopefully they don’t play.

“Celtic are similar to us. They are used to winning. They have not lost in Scotland for a year. They played in the Champions League last year and they have improved. They played well in the Champions League, drawing twice against Manchester City. So we are playing a Champions League level team and it’s up to us to show how good we are.

“It’s good for us that the season hasn’t started in Scotland yet. We have played 17 games and hopefully we are at our best tomorrow. Can that be a crucial factor? History shows for Rosenborg that it is an advantage to be half way through the season.

“All the opponents we meet - except Dundalk - tend to struggle, because it’s early in the season for them. So hopefully Celtic are not at their sharpest.”

Rosenborg limped past Dundalk in the last round and the manager insisted his men will have to be sharper against Celts.

He said: “I thought Dundalk was a good team. They played in Europe last season and did well. For 30 minutes we were really bad in the first game but we controlled the rest of the tie. But we will have to be better against Celtic. If we play 20 or 30 minutes like we played against Dundalk it could be all over.

“Celtic Park is a special place. I think everyone is looking forward to playing here.”

Skipper Mike Jensen admitted the Norse men will need to be brave to handle the heat at Parkhead.

He said: “Courage is the key word for us. They will come out with a lot of energy and we need to handle that early pressure.

“It’s a big challenge for us. They are the maybe the best team we have played for a long time.

“But we need to focus on ourselves.

“Everyone will agree that they are the favourites to go through but the best version of Rosenborg will beat the second best version of Celtic.

“They have matchwinners like Dembele and Celtic, and some other guys.

“We can’t compete with Celtic individually all over the pitch, it’s about the team.

“We need to be strong in defence and attack,

“We will have chances and I hope we have the courage to take them.

“We will have a go. It’s not in our style to sit back.”

I would go with Rogic upfront if Dembele isnt fit. Would give the hold up play, finishing ability we would require.

Getting a bit nervous for this now. Just hope we get the job done with no stupid lapses of concentration that could be costly away from home. 3or 4 nil and we will be comfortably through

Not too sure how much Ronny would be able to help anyway. Guess he might know certain players' weaknesses but still...

It is a bit daft to be fair. The game isn't far off sold out and they still refuse to sell them. Surely the rights are worth more money to the club than the couple of thousand or so seats that have yet to be sold?

People will just find a stream for Celtic TV like last time anyway.

If Moussa not fit then I think Sinclair will play up front , we did that a few times last season.

Not ideal both strikers potentially being out.

Still think we will do it but it certainly ain't what you are looking for...2-0.

Pretty worrying how thin on the ground we are for this game.

One fit left back, one fit right back, one fit senior centre half, no fit striker...

    Can't afford any injuries.
