    Of course it isn't.

But these are arguably our most important games of the season. As I said, it is natural for people to be nervy, no matter the opposition. We've seen in the past - granted under different managers - what can happen.

Same as what has happened to other big teams as well.

You can guarantee Rodgers will be treating both Rosenborg and potentially AEK like they are Bayern. Quite rightly.

"The highest stakes Celtic have ever played for".

    Very odd thing to say.

I'd probably class us as about 6th tier European class

1 - Real, Barcelona, PSG, Bayern, Man City
2 - Liverpool, Man Utd, Chelsea, Atletico, Juventus
3 - Napoli, Roma, Arsenal, Dortmund, Tottenham
4 - Sevilla, Valencia, Monaco, Porto, Leipzig, Lazio, Shakhtar
5 - Benfica, Lyon, Marseille, Leverkusen, Gladbach, Fenerbahce, Besiktas, Galatasray, CSKA Moscow, Zenit, Spartak, Dynamo Kiev
6 - Celtic, Sporting, Salzburg, Ajax, PSV, Basel, Salzburg, Olympiacos, Anderlecht, Braga, Steaua Bucharest
7 - Genk, Gent, Standrd Liege, Feyenoord, Dnipro, Club Brugge, AEK Athens, PAOK, Sparta Prague,
8 - Legia, Hapoel Be'er Sheva, Malmo, Dinamo Zagreb, Rosenborg, Copenhagen, Molde, Maribor, Viktoria Plzen, APOEL
9 - Partizan, Red Star, Hadjuk Split, Rijeka, Qarabag, Astana, BATE, Ludogorets

Decided to stop there as if you are worse than those teams then you're probably not good enough to stand a chance of qualifying for Europe except once a blue moon.

Id say they are about the regular different classes of team, some times teams move up or down a level depending on form but mostly remain about the same level. The lower it goes down as well the more closely matched teams are.

Have they lost these guy's on frees do you know?

    I know Araujo's loan finished..

Chygrynskiy was good at 1 point at Shakter but was always fairly slow. At almost 32, I imagine he's even worse. Remember him scoring some crackers from range in the past..

Only played 29 time's for Ukraine and 31 game's last year is his highest ever game's played return in a season. Must be injury prone through is career which hopefully has * his legs even more..

The midfielder went to olympiakos on a free and the defender went to anderlecht for 3.2 mill, they don’t seem to be a team that spends money and going by attendances and the fact key players left suggest they don’t have much ambition to push on as a club

Don't see what's so odd about it, monetarily it is the highest stakes we've played for.

Especially when player's are leaving you for a team well down the table instead of a crack at the Champions League..

I would say if anything our league is actually on the up, hibs being back up has definitely added to the league and once/if dundee united get back up it will be even better. Attendance records are up and for a country with 5 million people, averaging 15.7k a game while in Greece (double population) only average 4k a game.

I guess 67 and Seville were higher stakes in sporting terms, so I guess "The highest financial stakes Celtic have ever played for" might be better?
