Nothing worse than two counter/ defensive teams playing each other like last night. That tie is going to finish 0 0 then penalties.

 

There's not being a possession team and then there's getting 25% possession at home with a squad which has cost you like £400million.

 

Turning out to be a good tussle between the two.

 

Bayern should of played on the ref didn't stop it because it's not a head injury and not to forget that Pepe is a cheating *

 

Waste from Di Maria

 

They could be a possession team too its not like Alonso, Modric, Isco, Ronaldo, Di Maria and that are the worst players on the ball around. They choose to be a defensive counter attacking team.

They are also not even as good at counter attacking as teams with worse players like Atletico, Dortmund or Liverpool who break with more style and fluidity. Real rely really on raw pace and power and usually longer balls forward as opposed to quick passing and movement on the break.

A think Real Madrid have really improved this season as a counter attacking team though. Di Maria has been superb this season and along with Ronaldo and Bale that is leathal on the break

 

Bayern will.smash Real and the second half.

 

I love them as a counter team tbh. Find bale and ronaldo sprinting down the wing to be a joy to watch. Liverpool do it better right enough though.

 

Don't see it. Even while under a lot of pressure real have been the far more dangerous team and have the goal to show for it.

 

The racism advert is * weird. Half of the players look like they've just * themselves.

 

Bale has improved him as it's like they almost have 2 Ronaldo's now but they should really be playing some decent football. Even against teams like Getafe and Malaga their goals still come from breakaways and set peices.

It's not Real Madrid style football for me.

You wonder how their fans feel too, I mind they used to get the white hankies out 10 year ago when they played great entertaining stuff if things werent going well. Now they basically accept getting dominated every time they play good teams like Barca, Bayern and Dortmund - Dortmund with half a team were very unlucky not to knock them out in the last round.
