Obviously if Broony is fit (unlikely), put him in for Efe and slip Mulgre to the back

    Looking forward to this.

I don't think we'll get through, but we may win.

You could see us scoring 3 goals and conceding 0 at the home of the Italian champions ?

I reckon 1-1, hopefully show we are better than the 3-0 first leg shows.

If, somehow, we go in to the last 20 minutes or so with a chance of extra time or going through then I'd barely be able to contain my excitement/nerves.

was at the home game and after the 2nd goal went in, my sense of optimism deflated big time, when the 3rd went in It was the first time ive really accepeted we were beat, however once the air cleared, a few days later my optimism came back again. Football is Football, and anything can happen. If Liverpool can do it in 15 minutes, surely the bhoys can pull at least one back and make a tie of it. The bookies have us at 5000/1 to win the cup and as big as 150/1 to win by 3 goals. Keeping the Faith once again, an early goal and I think we will have them! We are also due to get a penalty at some stage if the wrestling starts again. an early goal followed by a penalty isnt exactly being unrealistic is it? then pump them in the last 15 minutes to bring ti to ET! who knows!!

Really find it a horrible choice to take mulgrew out cb to play at lm all credit to mulgrew but Lennon please keep him and Wilson together and ledley must play this game. 442 with hooper and stokes up top. Don't stay to tight on there strikers. Aka ambrose.

Bang on. That would definitely be the team I'd pick. I hope we go with this, we need Samaras and Forrest hugging the touch lines, maybe Samaras moving in field a bit winning headers and flicking it on to Hooper. It's paramount that we play with Kayal, Wanyama & Ledley across the middle. Wouldn't have Ambrose anywhere near this game. Totally agree with Matthews at left back as well, Izzy's defending has been suspect recently, and Matthews was terrific against Barca. I highly doubt we will line up like this though.

Hooper to put us ahead from a trademark low cross from Sammy, but think they will beat us. Would be happy with a draw and a good performance.
