I don't want a draw, I want to win (and I believe we are good enough to pull it off). Some people think we can beat Juve 3-0 or 4-1 on their own patch and I think that's great that they think that, but realistically it's not going to happen. If we try too hard, we'll just get gubbed. I don't know about you, but some of the patronising comments from Juve fans, Rangers fans and EPL fans still really hurt me. That game quite genuinely broke my heart. I know some people will think I must have had an easy life to say that over a football game- I haven't. I still haven't been able to watch that game. It sounds a bit OTT, but something died that night in my opinion, I can't quite put my finger on what it is, but it was something immensely important. Something that's been there as long as I can remember (early 90s). I was at CP the night we lost to Lyon in 99, that was a bad defeat. There have been others- the 2 defeats at home to Barca, the night when Mowbray's side lost to Arsenal at CP may well be one of the most embarrassing, but something about the manner of this defeat was very different. I was nearly in tears towards the end wondering how the * we were losing that game when it was the best I'd seen us play in Europe since MON's team. The Barca games were both epic struggles that could have gone either way and we (or rather Mowbray and Barnes respectively) were tactically inept against Arsenal in 2009 (and they had a bit of luck) and Lyon in 99. I'm rambling, but the nearest I can get to it is a feeling of belief. A win in Turin would go a long way to getting that back. I think we are good enough to do that. I don't think we're good enough to go out there and win by 3 clear goals, though.

So no, I don't want to play for a draw. I really don't. We have to win this, I believe we can win this and I don't want that jeopardized by unrealistic attempts to win the tie.

A * of a lot of our best European performers wouldn't get near my team if I based it on their domestic games. The best compliment I can pay Commons is that up to the Spartak Moscow game I didn't think he was good enough at this level; by the time he was subbed against Juve I was gutted to see him go off.

James Forrest (sorry man) should never be in this away team, watch the 1st leg again if you disagree, he did literally nothing.
There is room for Kayal, Wanyama and Ledley. Big Victor is an absolute powerhouse when told to go forward. The question is, can the other 2 actually cover for him?

They play for CFC just to reach the EPL. No love for CFC as deluded fans think

Last night, I dreamt Celtic had 2-0 result and Commons missed a 100% chance in the injury time.

Just done some calculations and it seems we have a 0.4% chance of getting to the quarters. Not too hopeful but you never know!

I'd rather lose 3-0 again than have that happen. That would be devastating.

I've got a funny feeling that we might actually win. Whether it'll be enough to qualify is debatable. Could see us winning 2-0 and missing a sitter with a minute to go. :55:

So long as we go out fighting I'll be happy.
