We're out, but I desperately want to win this game to salvage some pride from this tie. I think that is possible.

 

If we can sneak a lead you never know how Juventus will react.

 

I suspect they'll be diving alot moire, grabbing alot more, and generally cheating alot more... maybe paying a bit more to the referee aswell.

I hope Lennon has instructed the lads to hit the deck whenever these guys lay hands on them. Give the referee a decision to make each time. I'm not a fan of simulation but realistically, if you don't force the ref into making a decision it's likely that he'll take the easy way out and just bottle it.

Would like to see Hooper and Stokes start upfront and for us to just go for it from the start.

I don't see us scoring 4 into them without reply, or even scoring 3 and taking it to ET and penalties though, but stranger things have happened.

Like I said in the other thread, if we score early I may * myself with nerves.

If we take it to extra time, I will explode with the joy of 10,000 wanks.

If we do somehow take it, it would probably have to go down as our greatest ever result.

Celtic making it through this round is pie in the sky stuff.

 

More chance of Messi, Iniesta and Xavi falling in love with Big Vic and all signing for us so that they can be his * * 3 times a day while stroking Sammy's hair than there is of us beating Juve by 3 clear goals out there*, but I genuinely love the fact that some of us still believe.

*Somehow I don't doubt that he's capable of fully satisfying all 3 of them 3 times a day and the idea of stroking Sammy's hair is a temptation for the best of us. Hey, maybe it's worth seeing if Pirlo's interested!
