The reason it's all over the news in England is because they are actually the only massive league trying to do something about this cheating that spoils the excitement of the game.

Goals=excitement and that is what we pay money to see, not players pulling shirts and holding people down from jumping in the air, raising hands to push people over and feigning injury.

As a matter of fact Barcelona lost his match, and that tactic on the corners lets Samaras to score more goals. Yesterday Samaras was not there, so who was able to score in that way? Hooper must not touch Buffon, it's a written rule, so it's him the first to do a foul.
