Feel the way I did after Seville. Really hard to take! Played so * good, really good attacking football against a class (although this view has now changed cheating BASDARDING *) side. The effort the guys put in was outstanding.

Not gonna hold those mistakes against Ambrose, it was Lennon's choice to play him when maybe he shouldn't have. But ultimately he cost us the game and missed that absolute sitter as well.

Never mind, not gonna too disappointed, just trying to focus on the achievement of getting to where we have which such a young squad put together on peanuts.

If their players weren't such * i'd probably sleep easier than i'm going to. Also at least three solid claims for a penalty and the foul on izaguirre on the edge of the box when the ref said the juve player got the ball just about summed up his and his.colleagues shocking game. The fact that Celtic players were getting booked for being shoved was a * joke.

Only what you come to.expect against a team like juve though with the history they have.

Its simple as this the team gave it our all - juventus were tacticly spot on were as we were not forrest and ambrose should not have been in the team and ledley and mathews should not have been out of it - when it came to decision time lennon took off commons who looked a threat the whole game and brought on watt totally baffled by these decisions tonight no really arsed about the fact were going out in my heart of hearts i knew over two legs we would probably 85% go out but to lose like that at HOME is heartrenching for me , and for the decision making to be so bad to watch that is really punched my gut

Lennon and Ambrose have a lot to answer for tonight. I've consistently backed Lenny since the beginning, but that was nothing else than poor judgement that caused him to pick Ambrose in the starting line up. Should have been on the bench.

 

To be honest after their first goal so early i feared we might be gubbed
But the team tried their heart out & made me proud of them again.

it's not a penalty if the ball is dead. They're the rules I'm afraid. There is no pushing when the ball is in play - which just shows they do know the rules.
