The defensive thing was from a long time ago obviously, but i think for me it is just a mindset thing.

I think they play in a cynical manner, and it was they who introduced all that is negative about football;diving, spitting, faking injury, over reacting, gouging, pinching........but apart from that, i do still sometimes enjoy watching them nowadays!:56:

Without getting carried away i think we have only lost one of our home CL games in 12 and scored in 7 consecutive away games.

As ever you need luck to get through but hopefully they will underestimate us. Really looking forward to this.

Time for another giant to topple. Celtic cant be bought, so you'll actually have to beat us if you want to get through.

I'd rather we were away frist obv. Saying that I fancy out chances against any side at home. We have one of the best records in the champions league at home. Some will tell you different but juventus won't look forward to coming here either. If we don't concede then we have a realistic chance

Who are Juventus? I can only see a Celtic win. 5-0 at home, perhaps? Easy for Celtic.

I'm gonna PM Claudio Marchisio on facebook and offer him a tenner to lose the match.

See how they like it when someone plays them at their own game.

    Could have a point there.
Bayern should tear Arsenal in 2, imo. Bayern are like the team Arsenal have been trying and mostly failing to be over the past 8 years or so: open, attacking, technical and prolific in attack; and solid, organised and confident in defence. I can see Arsenal putting up a good fight at the Emirates, but I'd still expect Bayern to win minus a goal or 2. The Munich game, I reckon, has 'drubbing' written all over it.

Man United vs Real Madrid could be 1 of the most interesting matches in the tournament. Real should go through, on paper, but who knows what'll happen? It'll be approximately as tough for Man U to beat Real as it will for us to beat Juve.

May the better team win. That's all I'm gonna say. I see a tough Celtic but it all comes down to on the day, who's in form come February. All in all feb couldn't come any sooner.

We might be the only British team to go through to the last eight, as I don't fancy Man Utd and Arsenal chances. And we will have Stokes back too. All good.

We'll just setup up the wall and pick them off on the break:) Then unleash Tony Watt on them second half.

I think we can pick them off down the left wing, but it's a tough one. Do we sit in and hope we can win in Italy? I reckon we sit in and focus on the area open down the left, shut up shop down the right and put an attacker who can tackle, right on Pirlo and look to upset the ball being waltzed out of defense to these flyers out wide.

The keeper will roll the ball out, it goes to Pirlo, he can go right or left, but he will want to go left, then the ball gets switched out right, if they can't get the ball to the strikers.

Ideally you want to get Tony Watt one-on-one with Bonucci and Samaras on Vidal and look to put go past them with pace and see if they react and lunge in late.

Dunno, wasn't even sure if I fancied it but at that price I just booked it.

Milan probably I think, not sure what it will be like getting back there after the game though.

Can only see it for £70 for that journey.

It's a pain in the *, and expensive, to book to Turin. Every flight has a stop and costs about £180.
Think maybe going to Milan is much cheaper.
