World Famous Goalkeeper Retires! He may be replaced by Uğurcan Çakır...

Günebakış Sports Service Special News ///

One of the clubs doing research for Trabzonspor 's goalkeeper Uğurcan Çakır may knock on Trabzonspor's door at the end of the season, if the conditions are met. Famous football player Joe Hart, goalkeeper of Scottish team Celtic, recently announced that he will retire from football at the end of the season.

While the 36-year-old goalkeeper left behind an important career with his career and talent, Celtic started to think about who would replace him. The names following Joe Hart in the clovers are the 32-year-old Swiss goalkeeper Benjamin Siegrist and Scottish goalkeeper Scott Bain. Celtic wants to reinforce their goal with a name that is both open to career development and talented.

For this reason, Celtic, which carried out a comprehensive study from many different regions of the world, also included Trabzonspor's goalkeeper Uğurcan Çakır on its list. The 27-year-old football player's long-term stability, his National Team career and the fact that his name is included in scout research on the lists of many giant clubs in Europe make Çakır attractive for Celtic.

The Scottish representative knows that Trabzonspor does not want to give up easily on their captain, who is the apple of his eye. For this reason, in addition to performance research and reporting about the player, studies have begun to learn about Trabzonspor's transfer demands. If the club receives more than the economic limit set for goalkeeper transfers, other options will come to the fore

I think we'll monitor his situation, and then watch as he signs for another club. Seems to be the norm.

Turkey shares a border with Greece and Barkas was Greek.

    For that reason, pass.

Just seen him on YouTube so it's a yes from me.

He's captain of Trabzonspor. Seems decent.

I just want us to get the right man in for keeper. It's so integral to a team.

If its a Mark Lawell or same Diddy that scouted Barkas then I'll pass.

We should be working relentlessly now to identify 5 options. Getting reports of fees involved, likelihood in club selling, player open to moving. Having this wrapped up early doors.

Trabzonspor's national goalkeeper Uğurcan Çakır has unexpectedly entered Celtic's radar. In an official e-mail signed by the club CEO Michael Nicholson, he stated to the Trabzonspor management their intention to start transfer negotiations for Uğurcan Çakır

This development came at a time when Trabzonspor was working on planning and squad engineering for the next season

While the Trabzonspor management was working intensively on the structuring of the team for the next season, Celtic's transfer offer for Uğurcan Çakır came at an unexpected time. In the e-mail signed by Club CEO Nicholson, it was requested to initiate official transfer negotiations for Uğurcan Çakır. In this context, permission was requested from Trabzonspor club to invite Uğurcan's manager and lawyer to Glasgow for transfer negotiations. In addition, the necessary permissions were requested for Celtic Coach Brendan Rodgers to have a Zoom meeting with Uğurcan

In the petition for transfer permission, it was noteworthy that the expressions "Turkish National Team goalkeeper " were used for Uğurcan Çakır and "respected football club" for Trabzonspor. This emphasizes how valuable Uğurcan and his club are in the international arena

Itis said that the transfer offer that the Celtic club will make to Trabzonspor if they convince Uğurcan Çakır is around 7.5 million pounds. However, it remains unclear whether this figure will be finalized

This development is considered as an important step that may affect the process of shaping Trabzonspor's squad for the next season. Abdullah Avcı's efforts to create the team he plans for next season may be complicated by such unexpected transfer offers. It is stated that the scout team is an important resource for the management and technical team by preparing reports of potential transfer targets

I know I say this in slight jest, but the name dropping of Nicholson having signed the email, Rodgers name dropped to have a zoom meeting, the request to include "national keeper" and "reputable club" is hilarious.

Almost like someone at our club has been nudging then like mad to lay down some sound bite comments to ensure the fans are convinced this is a signing that all agree on and is of good quality.

Anyway... Nae idea who he is. But get him signed.

Very random but was in a taxi to the airport in Berlin over the weekend and my driver was a Galatasaray fan who seemed to love his football.

Said this guy is very good and that Gala also want him. Was surprised when I said we were rumoured.

If we could get them to £10m, I think he could well be worth that. Ties down a crucial position, potentially for years. We’ve seen even with the Huns this season that a next level GK can win points nearly on his own. He could be crucial not just in the league, but in the new CL format.
