Hickey I always look at and can’t believe he’s right footed with how well he plays on the left

 

It might be because he’s left footed that. Actually frustrates me how much he doesn’t use his right when he works his way into good positions crossing wise, because he’s quite happy using both feet passing wise. It’s just crossing, pure narrows the game for Scotland by always coming in the middle on his left.

But nitpicky as * that, because he’s a * monster defensively, might be just what I seen at Hearts but I always thought him quite poor defensively. Then he spent a year in Serie A, and is a * top tier defensive reader of the game.

When he came on against Ukraine when Mudryk was unstoppable, he just made him play in places that he was uncomfortable in and couldn’t use his pace at all. Impressed * out of me after what he done to JJ and CCV. And what he was doing to Scotland as well before Hickey went over that side (or came on) can’t mind but he was only up against him after about an hour in

 

Everywhere online says hickey is right footed? Where’ve you seen that he’s left?

 

Even though Pirlo was right footed I can remember him turning and playing so many precise 40 yard passes with his left. Guy was class, remember when he bosses the midfield against us when he was like 35+ maybe. Pulling off first time lobbed through balls with his left peg like it was nothing
