    Told him I was going on the * tonight and supposed to be in at 10 in the morning.. he told me if I come in for an hour at 12 just to give him a break to eat his lunch he’ll be happy :56:

    I'm trying to give up smoking it's still very early days but the fact I had a drink this weekend and I didn't have a * :57:

    Anytime I've tried to stop before the first thing I'd want while having a drink is a smoke.

    Well done mate. I'm currently struggling with the vape pen, still smoking at least 5 * a day :giggle1:

    Think I need patches and then just cold turkey it.

    I'm using patches just now. My Da had a load left from when he quit so I took them, I've barely even had a craving for a smoke since I stopped.
