    Maybe it's not so trivial, but it makes me happy when I get on the scales every week and the numbers keep going down; only had a couple of blips - which were probably down to fluctuations more than anything else - but it's been trending downward for six months now, and if it keeps up, I'll hit my ideal weight in about six-and-a-half weeks. :50:
