    When you're watching something with background music on and the music and video seem to coincide perfectly though seemingly unrelated.

    When someone says 'good man' to me. I don't know why, but quite like hearing it even though it's common and not specific to me. Must need some sort of validation/reassurance that I'm not a bad man.

    Also quite partial to putting on clean socks.

    Especially after a game of football or being out in the rain. That clean comfort of slipping on some clean socks is top notch.

    How did you get back in to it? I'm three months out and I cant be *, do like one every now and again but not getting back 'in the groove'.

    I was out for 6 months and failed a few times to get back into it, this time I just forced myself and have been eating clean for the past couple of months so feeling a lot better for it.

    I would say after a solid 3/4 weeks of following a decent programme gets you back into it.

    Yeah its just getting back in to the habit, I've lost motivation for everything in life recently, apart from sitting in my own sweat doing * all except to play the xbox :smiley-laughing002: thinking I'm slipping in to some kind of depression :smiley-laughing002:

    Just got an email saying i have passed my telephone assessment for job.
    Will be attending face to faceasessment and interview in December and if i pass then will vastly improve my circumstances.
