    Aye mate.

    500ml of organic coffee single source wet processed beans.

    2 tablespoons of unsalted grass fed butter

    2 tablespoons of coconut oil.

    Brew coffee put all in a blender and drink, fecking lovely.

    I should add though that it is best used in conjunction with a paleo/ketogenic diet.

    As its all about your body using fat for fuel and not carbohydrates.

    I'm at the start of a 12 week cut just now so will report back then :icon_mrgreen:

    Yep, back in 98' up in Tibet with my homies, the Shaolin monks and Daddy L (He hates being called the Dalai Lama) we used to hit that * up all the time.
