    Just been to this one in thornliebank, can I get a coffee with milk and 2 sugars please?

    She pours hot water into a polystyrene cup and some coffee and hands me it and says help yourself to milk and sugar.

    Eh?! I came to a snack van for someone to make me a * coffee!

    Here's 90p hen for the pleasure of making myself a coffee and the milk that's probably been sitting out all day and never mind a lid either I'm only * driving.
