    Sometimes I just need decompression time to sit and scroll on my phone or even stare into space and any interruption of this is quite jarring.
    Sometimes I get overestimulated and it can be quite overwhelming.
    I swear I'm not just an * who doesn't like people speaking to me.
    I'm sure it's not just me and this is relatable right?

    Symphatise with you mate. I'm mid 45 and get it at least once a year on a really bad scale. Two years ago a had it that bad I couldn't stand up straight for three days. And the * of it is most docs tell you exercise is key. You try walking the streets like the * from young Frankenstein and having every other car toot their horns at you.

    Spelling and grammar.

    Not other peoples or digging * up, just my own. I get the fear when I see spelling mistakes on something I've written.

    Every post I do is edited because of my odc. Cod, doc, ocd.

    Never underestimate the power of "me time".

    I have a written, documented rule that by a certain time and day each week I'm no longer the husband or dad but it's my time.

    I deleted evey form of social media apart from this tripe on here just so I have time to do whatever the * I want. There is a plethora of bawhums on here, however you can choose who you interact with.

    Enjoy your time, do what you want, dingy who you want, eat what you want, and let every other * go * themselves :60:

    when everyone spouts that how good the NHS is, even though it's going down the stank due to mismanagement and lack of funds. and how it's ''Free'' from the point of contact...... it's not free, we pay for it through tax, NI and the old stamp, in days gone by.
    but in any case... happy 75th birthday to the NHS..... I doubt you'll see another 75yrs though
