i know * all about this court order mate.....does that give them a loophole as i thought throttling was illegal and if you could prove it then they're for the high jump!!!

Naw, my issues are different and there were many.......beacuse of geography i get a * speed and accept that ( about 20 mbps) for Fibre...problem is that their min guaranteed is 18 and the offcom min (which i've just found out about) is 15 and thye've regularly dropped well below this....single fig's sometimes mate......like poor ADSL.

Thing is, now that one of them has let this offcom fig out i've told them to check my historical speed as i want the * to pay for the agony i went through for making my Indian accent so shithot!!!

ps- i see what you mean about the mobile route. My eldest is on Virgin Mobile and gets 40 in her bedroom while i'm buffering like a * buffer expert downstairs on the * fibre ffs!!

Sky won their case to have all the ISP’s block the illegal streaming sites, as I’ve said a simple test of using the WiFi and my hotspot on my phone shows the * are at it, and I think they can still throttle you by calling it traffic shaping through their fair use policy. But they are getting it stinking the morra when I phone.

One of my more recent efforts
Forgive punctuation etc as it was rattled off in a rage!!:56:

''Just another mail to advise that I have had a return of some old problems to my service……my speeds for fibre are quite frankly unacceptable again. I am emailing you as I now refuse to go the normal procedure. That is, I refuse to contact an offshore call centre to then ask me to check my wiring, put an Ethernet cable into the router and try etc. For at LEAST the second night in a row I am getting unacceptable speeds whilst paying for a fibre service. I have included a copy of a speed test I have just carried out on the BT speed test site.

I apologise for contacting you directly but like I stated I refuse to waste any more of my valuable time spending hours on to people that obviously can’t help me and are just reading from a script. I am just missing the middle men out and appealing to you directly as I would probably have ended up here anyway. I have wasted so much time in the past and you can look at my account for evidence.''

    CELTIC SONG (CLASSIC)
    Tuesday morning * drivers.
Driving a truck downhill on a widening road and some * blasting his horn on his wee * ford fiesta cos he canny get past me.
"The reason I'm going slow is because I'm in a * truck ya *"
Then once past me he gets in front and starts to slam on his brakes.
Only reason I never ran over the top of him is because these new volvo trucks have automatic braking systems.
    Great start to the day.

    I'm not picky.
Can relate to everything here, and the bit I emboldened happened to me last year. Here in the States, a lot of people expect YOU to move for them when they are coming from an on-ramp not realising that you don't have to or just can't, and while sometimes I do, most times I don't. This moron in a pick-up truck came down from an on-ramp and because I didn't move over for him be came up behind me flashing his lights, then over took me by cutting me off and slammed on his brakes. All I could do was lay on the air horn and he's lucky I wasn't fully loaded else the * would have ended up with a big rig up his rear.

This is very very trivial, but, when people make names plural to describe things

e.g. “ya know, back then you had yer Henrik Larssons, yer Chris Suttons, Alan Thompsons...”

Nah mate, there was only one of each of them
