Illness such as a cold and a sore throat. Not enough for a day off work, but still irritating as *.

There was a load of people there sitting and making a deal about it, so was pretty much outnumbered. We ignored them for a while and then at half time I walked off and called them a bunch of Hun *. :56:

We had to move all the way to the very back of the standing section to be able to stand without any grief.

    That's brutal!!

I struggle to stand at games due to my spine, yet do so when it's changed UCL, Away games or Cup games at Hampden without complaining.

That's fair enough! But the thing is, why would you even bother buying a ticket for the standing section and then making the decision to watch the game sitting down, insisting others do too? Why not buy a ticket for some other part of the ground instead!

It really * me off as you can imagine haha!

Or go sit in the empty seats that were available round the stadium, guy in front of me always * off at half time I thought, but I asked him why he said he walks round and sits at the other end of the North Stand for a better view in the second half. Obviously just sits in any available seats going.

Yeah, that's what I was getting at, I wouldn't buy a ticket for the standing ticket but if it was all I could get I'd happily stand, certainly wouldn't be complaining about people standing.

I don't get the mentally in some folk.

Was offered a ticket in the standing section for the Aberdeen game and I was tempted I'd love to be in there, especially on cold days in the winter :56:

I do that when it's raining, I'm 6 rows from the front but when it rains, if it's not a big game I just move to an empty seat.

I do know someone who moves around from the standing section at times, says when he can't be bothered jumping around he just goes and grabs a seat elsewhere.

Aye aslong as it’s not a European game or one against the monkeys then there is usually seats going.

If the seats were down on Sunday then it wasn’t a standing section.

    Just saying

My season ticket is in the standing section, trouble on Sunday was some of the seats were up and some of them were down. They actually started coming round putting them down after the game started.

So basically half of the seats were up some of the seats were down and when they were only half way up they were neither up nor down

I wish I didn't glaze over when this stuff is mentioned. Makes talking to a morgate advisor difficult. I have the maths skills of a 5 year old :giggle1:
