I mind trying to top myself by sticking my head in the oven. I'm such a loser that I never realised it was electric.

 

A tri-fecta today.

1. People who microwave their food to such a temperature that it's impossible to eat without slurping and slopping it into their mouth's. So * annoying to listen to.

2. Can be related to #1, but people who eat with their mouth open. No one needs to see that happening. The sound is also unbearable (see above post).

3. The whole reason this post is being made. I'm on break in the lunchroom, it's a solid 30 seat area, couple of sinks, vending machines (it's big). I'm in here by myself and this older doctor feels the need to sit 3 feet away from me, microwave his food to Chernobyl levels of radiation, and then proceed to stuff his face with the hot mess that is his lunch. Can barely even type this out as I keep getting distracted by the sounds of his mouth as he eats. Cringe.

 

after much internet searching, finding the perfect parka for me, going into town, paying £5.50 for a hours parking, traipsing past big issue sellers and other weird looking *, getting to shop (house of fraser's), finding out they only sell the parka I want on-line, so can't try it on, traipsing again by more weird looking * to Debenhams, getting the right size, getting it at 30% off, only to find they don't do it in the colour I * want
half a day wasted !!!!

Been sick for like 8 weeks and now I have a cold too. If * is trying to kill me he’s being a * about it

When charity shops come the * with their prices.

There's a boxed Mega Segadrive in the window of the charity shop next to my work. It was bought second hand from another shop years ago and still has that price sticker on it: £50. I goes in yesterday to enquire (would pay £20) expecting to hear 10 to 20 quid. I goes in and says "how much for the Mega Drive in the window?) guy goes over to it an looks at the price sticker, the one that was on the box when it was handed in and says "£50". I'm like "no thanks mate, can get one on Ebay boxed for about £25".

I have 3 Mega Drives and tonnes of games. 2 of them are in really bad shape so I went and bought myself a good condition one of Ebay a while back and it did cost me £25. The one in this shop is the Mega Drive 2, which is a rather ugly console compared to the smart as * looking original so I would only buy the MD2 if I got it real cheap. Sega removed the headphone socket when they repackaged the system for cost cutting. I used to have my MD1 hooked up to my HIFI through the headphone jack. Games like Streets of Rage 1 and 2 and Revenge of Shinobi have fantastic Yuzo Koshiro soundtracks that were perfect for blasting out a proper sound system.
