    These kind a * usually end up fishing another card out of their purse or wallet and do it all over again. They are the kind of * who'll stand beside you at the bus stop for ten minutes then wait until they are face to face with the driver before getting their fare out. Or the * that wait inline at McDonalds for ages then start thinking about what they want once they reach the cashier. Time wasting * the lot of them.
