I'd say Balkan people are as friendly and as welcoming folk I've ever met, particularly when they know you are Scottish or Irish.

It doesn't mater whether it's Belgrade, Bosnia or Dalmatia folk are always top class :50:

So anyone who's not right-wing is considered by you to be an over-educated/under-educated (delete as applicable according to your standpoint) teenager?

And then you don't know who Littlejohn is.

    I could say, 'Educate yourself'.

    Oh, I did.

What's the station with Torcida these days.

My pal was telling me in the summer when I was in Split that at one game last season in Zagreb they all went to the game together and seemed to be a truce.

What the * is going on :icon_mrgreen:

I don't know - why do they? Genuine question. How am I supposed to know?

If you don't want to get into 'squabbles' and 'trash' don't use terms like 'liberal bedwetters' that are intended to spark a reaction.

No, this 'nugget' is merely advising you not to over-react badly when people respond to the language you use.

What, did you think when you wrote that line about 'liberal bedwetters' people would be queuing up to post 'richardm, that boy's a genius, tells it like it is, they don't like it up them do they'?

He seems familiar somewhere, no idea if he is a * or not but if he works for the Sun I'm sure he must be

It wasn't a jibe - it was a comparison. And how am I meant to know what newspaper you read?

The level of expectation and presumption dripping from your posts is utterly bizarre.

He, too, has a big problem with 'liberal bedwetters'. You'd like him.

There was a truce going on when vauchers were needed to go to away games. Every club would issue a ticeket/vaucher only if you would give club your name adress and all info and then if they aprove you can go. This was made for bbb so Mamic could eliminate them. Then ALL ultras made a pact and bought tickets for each other. Torcida went to Zagreb and together with BBB marched in silence to stadium where they were on same (bbb) part od stadium together, chanting all game. Then came Split and BBB went there, marched in silence, went to hajduk fans part of stadium. However the march and everything didnt really went well with Torcida. Nothing happened but lets just say that sight of their eternal enemies drinking beer in there city center wasnt something they would want to see again. Same goes for Torcida in Zagreb. So the action worked, vauchers were abandoned and both BBB and Torcida were happy to attack each other as soon as posible. :icon_mrgreen:

Thanks for clearing this unusual story up :50:

Things must be really bad, in fact tragic when this can happen.

Being in the same part of the stadium was a tough one to fathom, I don't expect Delije and Grobari to be taking a lead from this :smiley-laughing002:

He also told me about an incident after the Cup Final in Rijeka when BBB were attacked on the way back on the Motorway by Torcida which sort of makes a mockery of what happened at Maksimir.

On another note, I would love to go to that Rijeka ground, looks lovely as do most of them on the coast, I went to a game in Omis in May in 3rd League, was worth it just for the view :smiley-laughing002:

Will you be coming to Glasgow by the way?

I take by the fact you are still droning on you must wet the bed yourself or something....give it a rest pal :32::32::32::

As you rightly say you know * all about me so go and play with the traffic or something before you embarrass yourself even more by attempting to be ahem "clever"

Well only times they stand tohether are for patriotic purpouses such as Vukovar protest and things like that, so to stand together like this was a sensation in the region. Media started writing how things could change in future bla bla, its stupid to even think that :icon_mrgreen:

Oh yeah, amazing stadium, but go fast, new stadium is going to be built, starting soon and its going to be done in 2 years. So you can see old stadium and then in future come to the new one which is going to be amazing. On the outside it will be sort of like Alianz Arena, and inside like new Juventus stadium (same architect). http://www.vecernji.hr/nogomet/kantrida-postaje-mala-allianz-arena-pogledajte-novi-stadion-950048 (photos there)
Maybe if Celtic and Rijeka pass their groups in EL you will maybe play there.

No :54: I am a student, so I dont have a lot of money. And I went to coast for 10 days with mates so I spent everything I saved. If i didnt I could go but the EL draw was after that. Only Salzburg for me unfortunatelly. Maybe we play Celtic again next year. Or we will see each other in France 2016 :bbpd:

One question Agram, how safe is it for me to go to this game? :icon_mrgreen:

I've been earlier in Croatia (Istra region), and I had one minor accident but apart from that everything was cool, and that was like 5 years ago. So how will people in Zagreb react when they see guy wearing Celtic shirt who speak Serbian? And one more question, can I buy ticket online or I must buy ticket personally?

    Pozdrav! :50:

well obviously you would have to watch your back every few minutes. For the obvious reasons.

If you do go, stay safe :celt_2:
