Yup! I've watched him play a few times, and he is good at holding it up and bringing other players into the game, and obviously if he gets a good chance in the box he will bury it. I would certainly hope we are aware of him because he totally fits our business model, young, international, proven goalscorer with a lot of potential. I reckon we would get him for around 2 million quid, which would be a steal in my opinion.

 

Call me a pessimist, but I've gotten so used to us either stalling and missing targets, or not bidding for obvious good candidates, that I just don't see us landing this guy, whether we're interested or not.

I think he'll go to Germany. Would love him here. 7 goals every 8 games in a decent league is an absolutely tremendous record.

 

Don't worry we will sign Kevin Doyle. Haha naw I know what you mean, the good suggestions seem to get ignored. I doubt we will even go for him as well, if we did try to sign him he would come, its just whether we go for him or not.

 

Superb, I think he's a clas act. Isn't Lennon on twitter, surely that can be put to good use and a fan can give him a list of players he should look at as opposed to waste his time arguing with fans on it. Maybe something productive can come of twitter after all.

 

I know, and that's the most frustrating part! I don't think we'll move for him, but I really hope we do, because I think he'd jump at the chance of CL football.

 

Looks a bit of an expert at beating the offside trap - even more so than Hooper. That's the kind of intelligent forward play we should be looking for.

 

I think we should just all bombard him with 'sign Hosiner' tweets until he starts to think about it.

Hahaha I don't have twitter because I think it's a load of pish, but ill sign up and bombard Lenny with messages if everybody is up for it. We could make his job a lot easier haha. He seems to think Hooper will stay though, which is a bit deluded of him I think, so the sooner someone comes in for him and he goes off maybe Lennon will start the hunt for a replacement. I just don't see what he sees in the likes of Doyle.
