I like what I have seen of Ngoo too. His age fits our ethos too.

Don't know if he would cost a bit,bit watched a lot of the bundesliga this year on itv4 ,how about kioytake at nurnberg the Japanese attacking midfeilder think he would be perfect for playing behind a striker, either wing or in a front 3? Will please lawell with money coming from the far east plus he is a tidy player .

Heard from a Middlesbrough supporter that we are "supposedly" interested in taking McDonald back as a replacement for Hooper. Assuming it's a non-starter but would this be a good idea?

    Nah.

McDonald is not a good footballer. He scored goals in Scotland but I'd much rather see Watt and Stokes ahead of him.

Be very surprised if that happened. Probably more to do with the fact Mowbray has never fancied him.

Seen a few weeks ago that we were interested in Ngoo supposedly. The price quoted however was about £2.5m and personally I would not want us paying that for him.

Yes good player watch the Bundesliga review show and the occasional full game on ESPN and he has been in good form for Nuremberg. Also Takashi Inui at Frankfurt looks a decent player, another one from Japan. Good few players from Japan playing in the Bundesliga at the moment actually.

No thanks to McDonald. Done a good job for us in his time here but wouldn't want him back now. Aging and would not have the same impact he did when he first came to us.

For those who think we need a new defender what do you think of Yun Suk Young, he's 23 and can play left back snd centre back, signed for QPR in january but he's yet to make a single appearence. He fits our signing policy and don't think he'd be too expensive but wages may be a stumbling block..
